I am new to immaculatpets.com, how do I place my first order?

Firstly, a big, warm welcome to ImmaculatePets.com - we're thrilled you'd like to place an order. Simply create an account first, then start shopping.

I am a returning customer, how do I make an order?

When you order an item we'll ask you to log into your account first, then you can continue with your purchase.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment we ship free of charge to the UK mainland.

Due to the size of some of our items there may be an additional fee for delivery to N. Ireland / Republic of Ireland, please email us prior to placing your order for a quote.

How will be item be shipped?

The smaller item are shipped Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.

The larger items are either shipped with DPD or TNT - Next Day Delivery

When will I receive my items?

If you place your order before 12pm Mon-Thu it will be sent out the same day and you should receive it the following day, if you place your order on Friday before 12pm then it will get sent out on Friday and you should receive it on Monday. In order to keep costs down we do not ship over the weekend or on public holidays.

Royal Mail, DPD & TNT do not guarantee next day delivery, statistically we manage to deliver the item the next day about 90% of the time.

Does immaculatepets.com have a showroom where I can see the products?

To help keep our prices low, our showroom is our website. You'll find all the product information you need here, including photographs of each item. If there's anything else you want to know, please get in touch.

Do you sell to other businesses?

Yes, we're happy to sell to both individuals and businesses. If you'd like to know more, please get in touch.

Where are your products manufactured?

The majority of our products are manufactured in China.

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

We accept the following cards : VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Delta/Debit, Mastercard & Maestro.

At the moment we do not accept payments by : Diners Club, American Express & Japan Credit Bureau.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer or paypal please send us an email first and we will send your our details.

Can I pay by cheque?

Unfortunately not. But if you'd like to order a number of items for a business, please contact us and we can discuss a convenient way to pay.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Of course. Just get in touch after you've placed your order and we'll get one sent out to you.

What if my order is damaged?

We have a strict quality control process in both our factory and warehouse prior to despatch so damage is rare but if you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos showing the relevant damage. If it is one of the smaller item that we stock then we ask that you send the item back to us, upon reciept we will refund both the cost of the item and the cost of returning it. If it is one of the larger items we sell we will arrange to have to collected by one of the couriers that we use and a replacement sent out to you. If it's a motor part of hand controller that's faulty, we will send you out a replacement part immediately and you can easily swap the part out yourself. If its a damaged table-top, we will send you out a replacement table-top.

Do you offer any kind of warranty?

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products.

For the smaller products we will replace the item.

For the larger items e.g. The Electric Grooming Tables / Electric Bath Tub - Our warranty for these products cover the replacement parts which will be sent out to you next day delivery.

If a fault should develop after the 1 year period, replacement parts are available at cost, no more than £20-30.

FYI - Faults are extremely rare as these items undergo a comprehensive inspection before they leave the factory.

How will I be refunded?

The refund should be credited to your account within 10 working days depending on your payment method.
